This website uses Brevo to send newsletters. CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT FOR COMMISSIONED DATA PROCESSING

We have concluded a contract with Brevo for commissioned data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Brevo.

We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. YouTube is informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

We use the “Instagram Feed” plug-in on our website. The plug-in is developed by Smash Balloon LLC in the USA (https://smashballoon.com/) (“Provider”) and is offered as a WordPress plug-in or as a stand-alone PHP plug-in. The plug-in enables us to display the newsfeed of our Instagram fan page directly on our website. For this purpose, the plug-in retrieves the information from Instagram and integrates it into our website.
